Phil and Kitty McMillen
Loma, Togo, West Africa
Phil and Kitty McMillen have served as missionaries with ABWE since 1981. They have served in several capacities, both here and abroad. Phil grew up as the son of missionaries serving in the Central Africa Republic, so he is well equipped to serve in his current capacity. From 2010-2016, he served as Regional Administrator for West and Central Africa. At the beginning of 2017 their ministry shifted to the area of leadership training for Africa ministries. Besides leadership training upgrades for their region, they will be working to develop the aviation program and to build a team and start the ministry in Benin out of the northern town of Natitingou.
